It will make them vomit and they just won't improve on it. If he's fighting you that bad, I'd ask the vet if there is an alternative drug he could take. It may be he just doesn't like it, but I feel sometimes they may have an underlying reason to be fighting you on this, especially with knowing that Elliott has been taking lots of meds and you know his normal reactions...
