Default Help with a Very Sick Yorkie

My one year old Yorkie Lily was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Disease (IBD) late last year. She has been sick on-and-off for the past five months. Her current condition includes diarrhea, not eating, etc. and has been taking multiple medications for a while now. Has anyone else experienced something similar with their Yorkie? I am starting to believe that her condition may not improve as proficiently as her vets had hoped.. We have tried many different medications and prescription foods and we are still experiencing the same symptoms since day 1. She is currently only eating EN (which can only be accessed with a prescription) and is taking sucralfate to coat stomach lining, omeprazole to block acids, and metronidazole. Looking for people who may have tips/answers on how to treat a very young dog with this very sick condition...
