At this time he weighed less than 4 pounds. I said, no he's definitely a dog, not a cup. She then proceeded to tell me that her friend had one of the very small "teacup" yorkies that are so rare. It was like she felt sorry for me for having a larger yorkie.
Isn't it annoying?!?! To get pittied because somehow our non rare dogs are somehow less special. They have it all wrong, Kaji is even more special to because he's not what everyone expects him to be. He isn't a tiny yappy teacup; instead he's a wonderfully balanced, obedient little companion (with some minor manageable issues). I love him regardless of what others think.
