When he was getting pad trained as a puppy he slept in his crate/play pen. I don't see him going back to that again since he is spoiled and snuggles with me at night. Is he totally potty trained ?
If not does he alert you when he needs to go potty during the night?
Belly bands would work to a point, They would definitely prevent a major blow out but if he does go potty it will leak through.
