It has been a little chilly here in sunny California so I have not washed my Yorkies for the last 4 weeks. They are inside dogs. I usually have a groomer come to my home. I pay her $50 a dog so she gets $100. She raises her grandkids so I try to pay her well. I can wash and groom them using a clipper and not taking too much fur off. She will trim them down and give them the cutesy face. I would not wash Yorkies too much. You will wash the oils out of their coat and cause dryness. Brush the coat every day and also the teeth. |
