If he's getting teeth pulled, it's most likely the very back small molars...those are hard to clean bc it's hiding behind the larger incisors & it's hard to reach while brushing. My vet calls it 'the valley behind the hills'...so when I brush their teeth, I open their mouth all the way & stick the toothbrush back there. Momo won't let me, so he lost 3 small molars back there (I always end up saying this when I mention Momo's teeth!
). Going to get some loofa gloves & cut the fingers & use that to clean his teeth. Doodlebug suggested it, Thank you!
