I've noticed that with Spike (1 1/2 yr.). We got him @ 6mo. in Apr. 2013. Now his head looks like he's an old man with salt & pepper hair. His legs only had tan up to his elbows & knees, now it's up to his hips & shoulders. It'll be interesting to see what color(s) he finally turns.
