They are very saggy actually and we think the puppies were probably already weaned. They look puffy when she is lying down but they are pretty empty/saggy looking when she walks. I cannot get near them due to the extreme pain when she is touched in that area. That is where all of the damage was done...lots of muscles in that area. Poor baby girl...makes me sick.
