Right, i have this problem with my girl and have been wondering why it has been happening. She gets black gunk just under the middle corners of her eyes and it sticks to her fur. I have tried pulling it out gently ( with some plastic blue gloves & tissue ofc. ) but she will yelp and i dont want to cause any harm. I am so scared in case it bungs up and up and in, like two years time she loses sight! It is hard and sticks to the fur like glue. Is it frm her eyes watering? I have never experienced this with any other dogs i have had before. Can you get medication for this or eye drops or am i over reacting?
