I guess it could depend on the area of the country you are in, but in Southern California we also referred to groups of condos as a "complex".
To the OP:
I'm going to suggest you take a moment and slow down. It's easy to get caught up in Yorkies and want an entire houseful. But it's much better for the pups if you give them time to adjust before adding another. Get through your spay surgery and recovery first and then give it some more time to see if adding another truly fits in to your plans and budgets.
Dogs are for life and far too many end up in shelters and rescues or abandoned because people didn't give adequate thought to the potential consequences.
