Our Harry used to be like that when he was little (was he ever little?!!!). Fine for the rest of his body, but the fringe and eyebrows....
In between groomings, when I tidy his face up, I always do it from behind. I use round-ended baby scissors, just in case. It's brilliant if someone could be there to help you, to reassure and maybe gently hold her face.
