Hi, that didn't translate very well to English, but I think I understand. Cooper has fleas now and has been biting his lower back until the hair comes out. Your vet, who thinks the fleas developed immunity to Advantage, gave you Trifexis, and you split the dose in half and gave half right away, and the other half a few hours later.

It's okay to split the dose the way you did. After the fleas are gone, give Cooper a week or two to heal. If he's still biting his back, take him back to the vet, because he could have some other issue causing the back irritation.
