Oh No, this just breaks my heart. I really don't understand animal neglect & cruelty - my dghtr-n-law was a ACO & is now a police woman & raised funds for them to have a scanner at the police station since a lot of these animals are found or hurt after vet offices are closed. They foster a lot of animals until new homes are found - I love her & my son's compassion for the little voiceless animals. xoxoxo to you for all you do, I am in awe of your love & what you do for the Yorkies!!
