Unhappy Yorkie fine with cutting except her fringe?

So my girl is fine with getting her trims around her body & neck but then tries to nip you when you try to cut her fringe. I have tried letting her sniff the scissors and brush but she will be fine with it but...-it didn't help one bit when it came to the cutting!
I try to make it as less stressful as possible for her and make sure its quiet and relaxing. I am going to take her to the groomers in March or April but i am so scared she will nip the groomer and i'l have to get rid of her. She is definitely NOT aggresive and has grown up around kids. I am trying desperately to get her used to it. We trim her about once every 2 months in summer and once every winter. She will ( hopefully ) be getting shaved in a puppy cut for the spring/summer. I feel so bad when she runs away from me afterwards.

ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED! THANKS!
