Congratulations on your weight loss. 17 pounds!!! That is wonderful. I'm kind of a lurker on this thread but am following along getting great ideas. My husband and I have been low carb since July of 2012. The first two weeks of low carb dieting were TERRIBLE.

Fast forward a year and a half. I have learned to switch things up. When I am craving something "carby" for breakfast (I think that's the meal that was the hardest), I eat oat bran. It is high in fiber. On days that I am running it provides the extra kick I need. I have found many excellent low carb websites with great "normal" foods. My experience was that stagnant scales would happen. I would go 2 or 3 days with no change and then finally, boom, they would move again. Hang in there. It gets better.

On a final note, is it possible that you aren't eating enough carbs even for low-carb? We never went under 20 a day, not even in induction. Maybe you should add in some fruit. I would eat strawberries doused in whipped cream and tell myself it was pie.
