I slice them thin, put a tiny bit of salt on them and eat them as a snack. I just bought two pounds. I guess I am lucky because several people including my sister have told me they have trouble digesting them or they bother their stomach. I am also eating a lot of mashed cauliflower. I am just not into salads right now, perhaps 2 ft of snow and temps around 0 degrees since the New Year has something to do with it.

I went to dinner with a group of girlfriends I did the same thing as before looked at the menu on line and told them I did not need one at the table, I just asked for a grilled piece of same and a pile of their fresh veggies, I was lucky there fresh veggies was a good melody of stuff I have been eating and they seemed to be stir fried like I do at home. Being able to order like this without looking at the menu is very helpful to me and I like it. Normally I agonize over what to get because everything looks sooooooo good.
Wow! 15.5 pounds. You are on a roll! Great work!
