Than today I get woke up at 6:30 this morning to my hubby shinning a flashlight in my eyes because we lost power. Well that will sure put a damper in our gas usage, no electric means no HEAT. So anyways I jumped out of bed and checked on the pups. I was so scared that our heat would be out for days so I sent my hubs to go get some kerosene while I got the kerosene heater ready to go just in case. Which by the way he was asked to do and should have been done last night but someone decided to sit on their butt and play Splay Station. I don't know what we would do if we don't have a back up plan.
Thank goodness our power came back on in just over an hour but at least now we are prepared !!

OMGOSH - PRAYERS TO ALL the people losing power ! It just snowed for the first time in many many years where I am but I'm just horrified at how bad so many states are being affected - What is WRONG with Mother Nature???
