I think she is just a typical Yorkie. My first Yorkie Max was like that ,he just loved being carried and would only walk when it suited him but give him a football and he would chase it around for hours lol.
I now have have Alfie and Lottie and they don't mind walking but if worried about anything Lottie would prefer to be lifted.
