I would love to see the ancient ruins in Central and Southern America, and I would enjoy the nature (aside from the bugs) along the way.

I'm not sure any East Coast seafood is as good as it once was. It's probably mostly imported, lol. We can't find good stuff in the DC/MD/VA area anymore.
