Hey are you girls eating quinoa at all? I usually have it as a salad with corn and tomatoes, but I recently had it hot as a rice substitute and it was actually very good and satisfying! Kinda like brown rice I guess. Last time I over cooked a bit so it was a tad mushy. I like it with a bit of chew. I will try again maybe tonight.
