What is ISO? I'm not sure why you're associating short snouts w/Korean breeders...I hope it's not from the korean puppy mill photo-shopped pics. If you prefer the shorter snouts, they call that babydoll faces. I would NOT get a pup from a breeder that advertises as such, but there are lines that have that look you're looking for, like Durrer. So you might want to look for a reputable breeder that has the Durrer line.
I would stay away from elite puppies (if I got the website right, they're in Webster, MA?). From their site
