Ah! There's still time for the teeth to come out on their own then in the meantime. I would just try to keep them as clean as possible until they fall out or when Leo gets neutered in a few months. Both of my pups got all kinds of gunk from toys and food stuck in the groove between the baby and adult canine teeth so I had to be pretty vigilant on keeping them from getting build up.
