I just got back from the gym. Kinda disappointed, I spent 60 minutes on the treadmill but honestly was so sore from yesterday that I kept my pace at 3.5 (very brisk walk) most of that time. I did crank it up to 5 and ran for a little but wanted to take it easy. I only burned ~300 calories. So...not my best, but any workout is better than no workout!
Today is payday and I want to treat myself to a good pair of running shoes. Looking at asics. What do yall wear? |
