There is a very bad epidemic of back yard breeders here. All the craigslist, kijiji, local newspapers, whatever ads are out there, filled w/puppies for sale. So many shelters are filled w/small dogs, dogs of all sizes, many Chi mixes, Shih Tzu mixes, Pitties, breeds that are popular here... |
