If you have not changed her food, did she eat anything out of the ordinary? Or perhaps she ate something off the ground? Puppies tend to eat all kinds of strange things...the colon detects it as a foreign object & causes the intestines to get irritated, causing inflammation. If the blood was bright red, it means it's happening in the lower large intestines &/or colon. Other reasons could be from giardia, hook or whipworms. Although the last 2 reasons are not very common but needs to be ruled out if blood in poop is a recurring thing.

Since she's only 9 weeks old, I would keep her on the food the breeder had her on. If you do make the switch, do it gradually for 7-10 days. What is she eating?
