But you always loose the most of amount of pounds at the beginning. I would hope to see such rapid results but I really am not counting on it

My body is the opposite. I have to struggle to get the ball rolling then the pounds fall off. I remember it was the exact same thing that happened the last time I got into shape. I can't believe I let it go and have to start all over. Uggg. lesson learned I guess. It's easier to keep it off than it is to start all over. lol
