Neutering doesn't stop it. Kaji's Mr Peeper makes an appearance now and again and he was neutered 4 years ago. It's not a big deal as it goes away rather quickly. One of the show breeders on here mentioned having the vet check to make sure a boys growth plates have closed before having them neutered. You might want to look into that before going forward with the neuter.
