Yeah that would probably be if your computer is really messing up. Scanning in normally is probably fine.
A few weeks back I scanned my dudes computer with Malwarebytes and it found over 100 threats that his antivirus wasn't picking up. I did it because I noticed his computer was lagging. But now it's running fine.
