Yes we received proof of the genetic testing, and she required him stay with her until he was at least 12 weeks. However we did not pick him up until he was almost 16 weeks because he was a christmas present. Both of his parents were over 5 lbs, his mother 8 and his dad was 5.5.

Why is a recessive color considered a "Fault" thats as if saying every one with blue eyes is a "Fault".

But then again, I am not into showing or breeding dogs nor could I even be slightly interested in it. I was only looking for a perfectly happy healthy puppy that would make a great addition to our family. And both my Fiance and myself found the chocolate colors to be more appealing. I just don't understand how if breeding correctly for healthy puppies and maintaing a healthy line.
