This is my first poll, so I hope I am doing this right! Do you cut the hair in between your yorkies eyes, or leave it long?

When Esme first went to the groomers, they cut it. Now she has another appointment next week, and I am debating on whether to let it grow, or cut it again. I like it cut, but I also like the look of a top knot with all the hair picked up... Also, I am unsure about the painful growing out process... SO, please tell me, what do you do? If you have pics you can post, please do.
