Have not heard back from them yet, thinking of dropping them another email...I know there's many misconceptions about raw food in general, so thought I'd post this blog by Dr Dodds. It was very easy for me to understand & comprehend (is that the same thing?). She explains HPP (high pressure processing) perfectly. Primal & Nature's Variety uses HPP, while Stella & Chewy's uses HHP (hydrostatic high pressure).
