Default Puppy question

Hello,
This is my first post. I am very excited to be in the process of purchasing my first yorkie puppy. I have done my research and waited a long time and I am finally ready. The puppy I am purchasing is a male. I have visited the home , meet the breeder and puppies parents, they are AKC registered. I will have my puppy neutered when the vet says appropriate time. Although I am not looking for a tint dog Inwould like one within the breed standard size. I also u dear stand temperment is much more I portent than size. The temperments of parents seems calm and friendly. There is a litter of six, four females and two males. One male was already spoken for so I am getting the other one. He weighed 3.8 ozs at birth, last week at 3 weeks he weighed 1lb.2 and today at 4 weeks he is already 1.6. Does this seem big for 4 weeks, she told me he will be between 4-5 lbs but when I look at the charts - he is charting to be much bigger. She said she doesn't know what charts I am referencing but her puppies have never been large or over 6 lbs. I know you can't guarantee size and he is so cute, but does 1.6 seem on the bigger size for 4 weeks? I paid 1500 does this seem reasonable? This forum has been so helpful.Thank you!
