 Potty training at other people's houses
Lola does very well with her potty pads at my house, but not so well at other people's.
She's only had 1 accident at my house recently, she peed on the tree skirt while I was standing right there, she was only one room away from her pads.
It was really odd because she usually won't go potty if anyone is around. She basically potty trained herself because she absolutely wouldn't go infront of anyone.
She peed a small amount at my aunt's house once. The other day she peed at my BFFs house 3 small times and she peed a big puddle at a petstore while looking me in the eye like "I'm sorry I can't hold it anymore".
I think she was trying to hold it at BFF's and just peed enough to relieve the pressure. She peed a lot when we got home.
When I took her on a day trip she went over 6 hours without peeing.
At my BFF's house I put the pad in a private quiet place and showed her where it was. After she peed the first time I put it over that spot, the second pee was 2ft from the pad and the third was in another room.
She doesn't go potty outside, I'm not sure how to teach her since she wants privacy. |
