I had to control myself last night when the family decided they had a sweet tooth and wanted ME to go buy stuff to make banana splits.

Well I came home with light vanilla ice cream, lucerene whipped topping (label had less calories) and Hershey's chocolate syrup in a can (way less calories than the others). I didn't make my own, but did have a couple bites off theirs. So I shouldn't be in too much trouble.
With our dinner last night, they had rice and I had a side salad instead. I have to do things like that everyday though because they won't eat healthy even if I try to force it one them. I have to sneak it on them it get it done. The funny part is they can never tell the difference when I do.
