I can tell you, I have a lot more energy and my skin is clearing up like never before (i get adult acne  ). I know it's cleansing me out but I will leave out the details on that. haha!!!!! It's a gross taste but you get use to it. I hold my breath and just drink it as fast as I can. |
I actually LOVE vinegar. When I was a kid after eating dumplings, I would straight up drink the soy/vinegar dipping sauce. I still have to keep myself from doing it now! I will start tomorrow. I was running late today. At least I got my smoothie this morning. I got flax to put in too, but I forget some days.
