The only thing that motivates me when on a diet is the scale. My sister in NY also is starting a diet with me, sort of the Oz one and she also does not want to get on the scale at all, she is afraid to know. I just about convinced her last night she has to.
on the oz diet you are supposed to have only green tea and it's OK, and I am drinking it with nothing added to it, which is fine, it's not great but I don't plan to have more than 2 cups a day. I have a bladder condition called Intersticial Cystiatis or something like that and things like tea and acid irate it so I don't want to over do it, you would not believe how often I am sprinting through malls and stores to get to a bathroom.
Now I am in a dilemma, I friend called and said a group was going out to a really good Barbeque Jazz Restaurant this Sat and wanted us to join them, I am like hmmmmm no booze no barbeque sauce, but I want to see my friends, so I can't decide what to do. it is so much easier to diet when you are a hermit | Maybe you should go but just have bbq chicken and ask if you can have it without the sauce? Side of corn on the cob? Maybe eat at home before you go also! Quote:
