Every pup I have been through this surgery with was using the leg right away. Amazing, but then I do use a specialist and I swear they make smaller incisions and that might make the difference. Adina's incision was about 1" which was just amazing! I have seen pics posted of horribly long incisions from general vets. It always frightens me...one time I met someone whose general vet had cut the sciatic nerve on her pup. Awful. |
