Yep age and metabolism. I used to be able to drop 5 lbs by just doing low carb for two weeks. That would never happen now! I noticed a big change in my metabolism almost the day I turned 25. I'll be 34 next month. Lol

Very good! That is usually what I do for dessert if I am craving something. Blueberries Re very good too. Just don't top w granola!

There is this sprouted grain cereal I sometimes buy at Sprouts. I'm sure you could also. Find at Trader joes or Whole foods. It's Ezekiel something and you can use it in place of a granola topping if you want that crunch. It's supposed to be cereal you eat w milk. Bf initially was the one who bought it but said it was nastyw milk. It's really good. On Greek yogurt!
