I would add: Clear the sink and counters near by. Put about three towels near by. You can also put a towel in the sink for Zoey to stand on if you don't have a mat. Make the water a little warmer. Their body temp is slightly higher than ours, so more warm is better. I do not blow dry mine. I wrap them in a towel, then change to a dry towel and hold for a bit. I usually brush the face while they are wrapped up. Then rather blot dry and brush, re-wrap and hold. You can let her down to shake off, but do not let her shiver - wrap back in dry towel. I agree, skip her face for a couple of times, maybe use a wash cloth if needed. Brush every day, even if she doesn't need it - just a little. Bathe about once a week. I get those little brush/comb sets from walmart for about 1.50 and the brush is just right for babies, not too scratchy and not too soft.
