I also didn't exercise yesterday...I was so tired from my workout the day before, then I worked from 5am-3pm. Okay, definitely just realized I'm being super complainy and whiney. I:m up, its 7am now, I want to go jog but its sooooo cold...

Can anyone suggest some good shoes? I need a pair badly and I'm not too picky, as long as they aren't too clunky or hideous. And what brand of workout clothes do you guys do? All the lululemon stuff probably wouldn't fit me (yet). I'm just assuming its made for stick figures.

This morning the scale said I lost 2 lbs.from my starting weight, but its only been 2 days so I think the variances are probably too big. I'll just log a weekly weight.

There are all kinds of jogging shoes out there. I got mine a year agoi and they are very lightweight and they still are in good shape even after a year. They are Reebok. They were $100 but I love those shoes. As far as gym clothes. Go to marshalls or ross. That's where I go. Doesn't really matter what brand, as long as they are comfortable. Just make sure you have a sports bra. Those are a must unless you want your boobies jumping around while you run. lol That and dealing with falling bra straps sucks too.
