I was feeling really discouraged yesterday. I ate smallish lunch and then was feeling famished after work, got all mad about my bf telling me not to eat bad stuff so I ate 2 brownies to spite him. Lol. They're these amazing gluten free tiny brownie bites. 2 equal 100 cal I think. So not tll bad and no junk ingredients.

I also didn't exercise yesterday...I was so tired from my workout the day before, then I worked from 5am-3pm. Okay, definitely just realized I'm being super complainy and whiney. I:m up, its 7am now, I want to go jog but its sooooo cold...

Can anyone suggest some good shoes? I need a pair badly and I'm not too picky, as long as they aren't too clunky or hideous. And what brand of workout clothes do you guys do? All the lululemon stuff probably wouldn't fit me (yet). I'm just assuming its made for stick figures.

This morning the scale said I lost 2 lbs.from my starting weight, but its only been 2 days so I think the variances are probably too big. I'll just log a weekly weight.
