Some say not to eat mangos, pineapple, tropical fruits, etc. I say better to eat a tropical fruit than to not eat fruit at all. All fruits have sugars in them, just some more than others.

Yoplait is the worst offender. Have you seen those Yoplait commercials about swapping out one snack a week for a Yoplait? Those make me

There is so much sugar in those.
Greek yogurt is the best. I like Fage and Voskos the best. I usually get the full fat version bc it's more satisfying but the 2% is pretty creamy too. The 0% is the thinnest/wateriest. The Fage full fat has the most protein, I think like 20g or something.
