Though I admit I have overlooked the required registration...occasionally, I do believe one should. Beyond the requirement, those funds would contribute to the Animal Control function, which need all the support they can get. I have Collars on my guys full time. They are only used to hold the Rab Tag, EID info, my contact information and Bells. The Bells are a cheep way of keeping from squashing a toe. (theirs not mine)
