I have been working out pretty hard and really watching what I eat. You bring up a good point capt_noonie about the greek yogurt. I've been eating some post workouts because I heard it was good because of the protein in it. I didn't even think about eating the plain because of the extra sugars in the flavored ones. I've been eating the flavored ones. Looks like I need to start eating the plain. oops.
