Hey everybody!!! I've been trying to lose some weight now for about 3 months...did great at first and lost 12 pounds, now I seem to be stuck. I know I should increase my activity, but I'm not very good at it. I can't really afford a gym membership and walking is free, so that's what I tend to do. Now that the weather has taken a turn for the worst I haven't been walking faithfully...I try to keep active around the house, but no actual "exercise". My diet, I think is pretty good...lots of fruits and veggies, lean meats, skim milk and no junk food. In my mind, my change in eating habits should show more progress in my weight loss. I drink no soda and very little alcohol...only special occasions. Anyway, I'm here to improve my health and maybe pick up some pointers...I'd love to lose 20 more pounds...I know it's possible, but the older I get the harder it is to get these unwanted pounds and inches off.
