I'm really trying to remember the saying, if you're not hungry enough to eat an apple, you're not hungry enough. I've been eating apples and asian pears like crazy lol. Maybe I'm still eating too much salt. Though I don't like desserts, I still crave something to counteract the salty. The fruits hit the spot.
