Wow keep it up Carmen!
Please cut out the junk. So easy to do. If you drink sodas or sweetened tea, but those out too. Many people lose weight from just cutting out junk food. If you are still hungry, try baby carrots dipped in hummus.

I also make home made fermented foods (kim chi, and japanese "saurkraut", pickles, etc). Sounds scary but there are probiotics in it. Take a look at kombucha tea. I make it at home, but if you don't want to make it, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, etc type stores will sell it. Kinda pricey which is why I make my own now.

Also what are you using in your smoothies? Make sure no sweetened yogurt in there. I use plain Greek yogurt (full fat is ok, just no flavors). No sherbet, etc in your smoothies.
