This is the C.E.T. chew that we use: Virbac C.E.T. Oral Hygiene Rawhide Dog Chews at PETCO

Teddy Scissorsteeth can get tiny pieces off, but Max slobbers and chews and never gets a piece. He turns it into a big piece of rubber and then tries to swallow the thing whole, which he accomplished once.

When I asked the same questions in the past, breeders here told me that they use the medium size chews and that their dogs (smaller than my guys) can't get a piece off.

Since they are rawhide, I don't think it is good for the dogs to ingest.
