I am about to take my new yorkie to his first vet visit with me as his new owner. Seems like the previous owner never took him the vet after getting him at like 7 weeks old. So his first year vet check is about to come up. What things does he need whiles he's there? I don't want to be suckered into unnecessary treatments. What do you think about the monthly thing that they offer at petsmart? How to avoid up sales?
