try reconditioning her. Get some nail trimmers and just put them by her and give her a treat, move it closer and closer to her over time, giving praise and treats. Eventually touch her nail with it and give her a treat if that goes well next time hold her paw and touch it with the trimmers then treat. Maybe eventually even cut the littlest tip off one toe. We have had to do this with some dogs and if you go slow, using positive re-enforcement it usually works fairly well.
